01

Pelvic floor therapy

Conservative rehabilitative program for pelvic floor dysfunction.

Pelvic floor therapy is a conservative rehabilitative program that retrains and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles to address incontinence, pelvic pain, and voiding dysfunction.

Therapy uses targeted exercises and manual techniques to restore coordination, strength, and control of these often under-recognized muscles.

It is frequently a first-line treatment, used either alone or alongside medications and procedures.

Many patients improve significantly without surgery, and the program is tailored to each patient's specific dysfunction and goals.

02

Biofeedback therapy

Real-time feedback to help patients control pelvic floor muscles.

Biofeedback therapy is a technique that uses real-time monitoring to help patients learn to sense and control pelvic floor muscles they normally cannot feel.

Sensors provide visual or auditory feedback during exercises, so patients can see exactly when they are activating or relaxing the correct muscles.

This significantly improves the effectiveness of pelvic floor training compared with exercises alone.

It is non-invasive and often combined with pelvic floor therapy, with particular benefit for incontinence and pelvic pain.

03

Emsella chair therapy

Non-invasive electromagnetic chair that stimulates the pelvic floor.

Emsella chair therapy is a non-invasive treatment in which patients sit, fully clothed, on a device that delivers focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor.

A single session produces thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions that are difficult to achieve with voluntary exercise alone.

It is used to treat urinary incontinence without surgery, injections, or recovery downtime.

Sessions are quick and comfortable, and Emsella is often used as part of a broader continence program alongside pelvic floor therapy.

04

Bladder Botox treatment

In-office Botox injection for urgency and urge incontinence.

Bladder Botox treatment is an in-office therapy in which Botox is injected into the bladder wall to reduce overactivity causing urgency and urge incontinence.

It is typically used when medications have not provided adequate symptom relief or are not well tolerated.

The injections calm involuntary bladder contractions, reducing leakage, urgency, and frequency.

The procedure is minimally invasive, with effects lasting several months, and it can be safely repeated as needed.
