Meet Our Urological Experts

Dr. Ramin obtained dual .bachelors degrees in Biochemistry and Philosophy at UCLA.  He then earned his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.  Dr. Ramin finished his Urological Residency training at Loma Linda University in California.  He subsequently obtained fellowship training in Urolgoical Oncology at City of Hope Medical Center.  Dr. Ramin specializes in robotic, laparoscopic, and oncologic urolgoical surgery as well as general urology.  He is a Clinical Instructor of Urology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.  Dr. Ramin believes in providing the most up to date urological care with a deep commitment to compassionate personal attention to his patients. 

Dr. Vogel has practiced general urology for over two decades.  He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care of patients with urological problems.  Among his accomplishments, Dr. Vogel has taught hundreds of medical students at University of Southern California as Clinical Professor of Urology and Family Medicine.  He is also active as the Clinical Instructor of Urology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.  Dr. Vogel has served on numerous hospital committees and as the Chief of Urology at Cedars Sinai.  Dr. Vogel strives to provide state of the art urological care for all his patients.  

Dr. Zeitlin is a urologist specializing in Male Infertility.  His experience spans over two decades in general urology and in Male Infertility.  He has helped hundreds of couples reach their dream of having a family.  Dr. Zeitlin is an expert in microsurgical vasectomy reversals, varicocelectomy and other techniques leading to fertility.  He is also a Professor of Urology at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  In this role he has taught and trained numerous residents who are now practicing urology around the U.S. and has inspired many medical students to enter the field of Urology. 

Dr.  Kuppermann graduated Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva University with a  Bachelor's degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from  Harvard Medical School, and completed his general surgery internship and  Harvard Urologic Surgery residency at the Massachusetts General  Hospital in Boston. He then completed fellowship training in Urological  Oncology with a focus on Minimally Invasive treatments for prostate  cancer at the University of California, Los Angeles.  
Dr.  Kuppermann specializes in minimally invasive treatments for BPH  (prostate gland enlargement) and prostate cancer.  He also provides the  most cutting edge treatment for men and women experiencing a multitude  of general urological conditions.
His  research has focused on evaluating novel imaging modalities for the  diagnosis of prostate cancer, exploring and assessing the role of active  surveillance, and several focal therapy treatments including: HIFU,  cryoablation, and Focal Laser Ablation for treatment of prostate cancer.  He has published extensively in this area and has presented at many  national meetings.
